From humble beginnings

Kobe Japanese Restaurant is more than just a place to eat—it’s a family’s dream come to life, built on love, hard work, and a deep appreciation for bringing people together over great food. Founded in 2011 by husband-and-wife duo Thom and Jane, who both immigrated to the United States in pursuit of a better future, Kobe is a reflection of their passion and dedication. Jane started her journey as a waitress while Thom honed his craft as a chef, and together, they turned their dream into reality.

Their daughter, Angel, has grown up alongside the restaurant and now plays a key role in its growth, ensuring Kobe continues to thrive both in the community and online.
